Morning Call Program

The Caswell Beach Police Department is here to serve and protect you. We are very excited about implementing the Morning Call Program specifically tailored to your needs. The Morning Call Program is for residents who live alone or whose spouse or partner is temporarily away from the home.

Here is how it works….
Residents may stop in at Town Hall and fill out a form, or click here to print the form from our web site and bring it to Town Hall. Once you have turned in your form at Town Hall you are enrolled in the program. Every morning the on duty police officer or the police chief will personally call you to check in and make sure you are alright. If the police do not receive an answerer when they call, the officer will respond by coming to your home and verify if you need assistance.
If you are planning on being away from your home; call either the police department or Town Hall tell them you are enrolled in the Morning Call Program and give them the days you will be away, and where you will be traveling to.
To enroll in the Morning Call Program, fill out the form and give it to either Joy Guin or Linda Bethune at Town Hall.
